1. Introduction
At shop.solida.ai, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy in accordance with Irish consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:
- It is within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product is not exempt from return (see Section 3).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order items.
- Software, licenses, and downloadable digital products.
- Opened or used consumables such as batteries, cables, and accessories.
- Items that have been modified, damaged, or tampered with.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email sales@solida.ai with your order number and reason for return.
- Await Approval: We will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process a refund if it meets return criteria.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If a return does not meet our policy criteria, we may reject the request or offer a partial refund.
6. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer exchanges for the same item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once an order has shipped, you must follow the return process.
