The ATS controls the power grid and recharges the Generator's battery. In the event of a power outage, it automatically starts the Generator's engine and powers connected devices. When the Blackout is over, the ATS supplies the connected devices again via the power grid, charges the Generator's battery and then turns off the Generator's engine.
